Enroll in automatic monthly billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you'll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed. It's that easy!
-
Total Automatic Billing is used to pay the entire remaining balance of your reservation via automatic monthly payments. This can be done with one credit card to cover the entire balance of your reservation, or in conjunction with an additional Choose Your Amount plan that covers a fixed portion of the balance.
-
Choose Your Amount automatic billing is when you setup a credit card to cover a partial, fixed amount of the total reservation balance. Usually this is done when roommates are splitting the cost. For instance, on a $3000 reservation one guest may setup Choose Your Amount automatic billing for $1500.
-
It's convenient. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to pay and being assessed a late fee.
-
If you have Total Automatic Billing and your reservation balance changes (for instance, if you add a guest or upgrade your stateroom), we’ll adjust the payment amounts on the Total Automatic Billing plan and notify all guests via email. Your payment dates won't change.
If you have a Choose Your Amount plan and the reservation balance changes, no automatic adjustments will take place.
-
Yes, Sixthman will email you payment reminders a few days before each payment is processed, and we'll email a payment confirmation after each payment is processed.
-
Payments will be monthly on the day of the month you choose. The number of payments is determined by how many months there are from when the payment plan is set up to the final payment date (on or around February 4, 2025). You will see your exact payment plan options while you enroll. See the LINK: pricing calculator for more details.
Please note that this means if a payment plan is canceled and a new one is created, the options may vary from the original plan. We cannot guarantee the same plan length and amounts upon reinstating a canceled automatic billing schedule.
-
Sixthman's credit card processing company complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures. In order to protect your information, Sixthman doesn't store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in automatic billing our credit card processing company does.
-
When a credit card is declined at the time of processing, an email will be sent to guests in the cabin asking that they call in to update their credit card information within 7 days. After 7 days, the automatic billing plan may be cancelled.
-
Yes. Each guest can setup their own automatic billing. If all guests in the cabin enroll, one guest must have Total Automatic Billing and the rest will have Choose Your Amount plans. The guest with Total Automatic Billing will cover the complete balance not covered by the Choose Your Amount plans.
For instance, if two guests book a double cabin for $3000, one guest can do Choose Your Amount automatic billing for $1500, and the other guest can do Total Automatic Billing for the remaining $1500. If the balance changes, the guest with Total Automatic Billing will have their payments automatically adjusted.
The first automatic billing plan can be setup online at the time of booking. To add additional automatic billing plans please give us a call after your reservation is created.
