Indulge in a second helping of the ultimate culinary celebration, Chefs Making Waves! Set sail on an immersive voyage of a lifetime, round-trip from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico, May 5-9, 2025. Vacation beside world-renowned Chefs and feast on their curated fare at Restaurant Takeovers. Enjoy daily culinary demonstrations, wine and spirits tastings, themed parties, wellness activities, engaging Q&A sessions with the faces from your favorite cooking shows, and so much MORE!
Prepare to cruise the open ocean with a belly full of memories and a heart full of flavor!
The celebrity chefs are taking over the restaurants aboard Norwegian Gem, and they'll be open nightly for dinner service. Each will have its own specially curated menu, and every cabin will have the opportunity to make a select number of reservations before sailing and then have the option to make additional reservations on board.
Menus are subject to change.
Restaurants will do their best to accommodate guests with unique dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee substitutions for all dishes.
Please note: There is a potential for shared seating with other Chefs Making Waves cruisers based on party size and table availability, and each cabin cannot dine at all pop-up restaurants during our four-night sailing.

In addition to vacationing side-by-side your favorite chefs, there will be TWO Autograph Sessions! Participating Chefs will be shared on the morning of each session (via the newsletter placed on the wheel outside your cabin door), and you're restricted to one item (per Chef or Mixologist) for autographs.
Sixthman staff will start passing out entry tickets one hour before the session. One ticket = One person. You cannot collect a ticket for someone else; you must be physically present to receive a ticket. Entry to the session nor autographs are guaranteed.
